Well, the book is well and truly launched and what a lot of fun was had by all. On Saturday, Feb 21st, Porter Square Books hosted a reading and signing for The Book of Tormod: A Templar’s Apprentice. More than a hundred folks filled the bookstore as a fabulous bagpiper played Scottish tunes out front. A brief introduction to the series was followed by a reading by the author in full Scots dialect. The party followed at The Tavern in the Square where guests ate, drank, and were merry well into the night. The following weekend, Saturday Feb. 28th saw the launch fun continued in Salem, Ma with a full costume reading and signing. A fantastic crowd was on hand and the question and answer time was the highlight of the day.
